Flavors to Choose:

Mr. Ives's Mints - Fresh mint leaves, cream and silky smooth white chocolate enrobed in rich milk chocolate. Fifteen years ago, Mr. Roger Ives gave me a wheel barrow load of fresh mint to plant in my garden.

Supreme's Dark Chocolate Raspberry - Intense crisp dark chocolate blended with only a single cows cream and butter (Supreme) and fresh raspberry puree.

Supreme's Milk Chocolate Raspberry - A silky smooth milk chocolate blended with only "Supreme's" cream, butter and fresh raspberry puree.

Intense Dark Chocolate Orange Truffle - Made from the finest Criollo cocoa beans, sweet cream infused with natural orange oil and orange zest.

Dairyman's Delight - My husbands favorite flavor. Rich white chocolate, coconut, pineapple puree and a hint of rum.

Hazelnut Coffee - Deeply flavored hazelnut coffee in a robust mixture of dark and milk chocolate ganache. Our cows,Viola, Pearl and Princess's cream and butter give this praline its distinctive flavor. Equally enjoyable with your morning java or as a bed time snack.

Milk Chocolate Soft Caramel - This is  lusciously soft with hints of creamy caramel and enrobed in velvety milk chocolate. Yum. I've had customers waiting at the door for this one.

Pumpkin - It took me twelve years to get this flavor right. A balance of natural pumpkin puree, spices and milk chocolate. Move over pumpkin pie.

Dark Chocolate Ginger - I love creating savory dishes with chocolate and this is the result. Fresh ginger root, cream and butter in a dark chocolate ganache enrobed in milk chocolate. Just enough for a balance of sweet and savory.

Smooth Classic Vanilla - Simply a treat. A blend of Madagascar vanilla, cream from Viola and Kate and then completley covered in milk chocolate.

Cinnamon - An American comfort spice. I can't help but enjoy this praline with a cup of warm tea. Milk chocolate and cinnamon.

Cabernet Sauvignon Truffle - A deep fruity long lasting Cabernet harmoniously blended with a smooth dark rich chocolate. I've pushed the limits on the melting point of this truffle... give it a try.

Harper's Mango - Creamy white chocolate infused with fresh Mango puree. Colorful and naturally sweet.

Almond Truffle - our most silky milk chocolate blended with natural almond oil and rolled with crushed organic almonds.

Milk Maid's Irish Cream - A full bodied cream ganache with hints of caramel and a touch of Irish Cream.

 Zesty Lime Licorice - A journey for your palate. Lime first blended with milk chocolate and a hint of licorice for a long finish.

Lemon Citrus Dark Chocolate - Lemon zest and oil blended in cream completely covered in a blanket of dark chocolate. Simply divine.

Earl Grey Tea Dark Chocolate Truffle- A smooth rich dark chocolate infused with Earl Grey Tea for a full flavor with a hint of raisins.
